Bolton Wanderers reserves take on Everton on Wednesday evening knowing that a win in their reserve league fixture at the County Ground could put them well amongst the end of season title contenders.

The second string are on a four match winning streak and they have lost only once since mid-February so the pressure is really on both Manchester clubs and Middlesbrough in the final few weeks of the season.

Earlier in the campaign goals from defender Mark Charlesworth and a penalty from former Evertonian Idan Tal gave the Wanderers a share of the spoils when the two teams met at the Halton Stadium in Runcorn.

Coach Jimmy Phillips will be looking towards on-loan Slovakian Zoltan Harsanyi to provide the goods once again. The 19-year old has made an instant impression since arriving at Bolton in January with goals against Sheffield United and title rivals Middlesbrough in recent weeks.

Also playing alongside Harsanyi will be Ricardo Vaz-Te who starts his first game at this level since recently completing a loan spell with Championship side Hull City.
