Bolton Linked To Italian Duo

Two established Italian players could be on their way to Bolton Wanderers this summer after speculation from Italian news source AS linked the Trotters to AC Milan midfielder Cristian Brocchi and Italian international veteran Christian Vieri of Atalanta.

The 33-year old striker Vieri has missed the most part of the 2006-2007 season after having two knee operations but he made a successful return to action when scoring against Siena recently.

Milan ace Brocchi is eager to leave the San Siro and the English Premiership could be his next port of call.

If Wanderers are genuinley interested in the pair then they will face competition from Newcastle United, Villareal of Spain and Italians Torino.
