Bolton manager Sammy Lee has confirmed that two of his old Liverpool collegues have joined the Wanderers staff with Frank McParland being officially unveiled as General Manager and Dave Galley taking on the role of First Team Physiotherapist.

McParland left his position as joint chief scout at Anfield last week and Lee is confident that the 48-year old Liverpudlian can use his vast amount of knowledge to help Bolton progress.

"He's a great lad and I know him from my time at Liverpool, We became close friends because of his fantastic work ethic. He's a terrific lad to have around the place and knows the game inside and out. Frankie will be an excellent addition to the football club." said Lee to the official Wanderers website.

Galley has a wealth of experience as a physiotherapist having served Port Vale, Fulham, Luton Town, Sheffield Wednesday, Liverpool and Derby County and is considered to be one of the best in his chosen field of work.

The 45-year old from Stoke-on-Trent can also add his own clinic and experience of working with the Football Association to his long CV.
