Swedish international Christian Wilhelmsson seems set for a move to the Reebok Stadium provided that Bolton Wanderers can agree personal terms with his current club FC Nantes of France.
Wilhelmsson has been on Bolton's radar for the past fortnight but the players agent Fabio Alho says that the two parties are still haggling over the personal terms of the deal.
The 27-year old spent a spell on loan with Italian giants Roma last season but the Champions League contenders decided not to take up the option of signing the winger on a full time basis.
"I hope everything will be settled this week, We are talking, but we have done that for two weeks now. If we don't agree personal terms, there won't be any deal." said Alho earlier this week
He is not the only player beleived to be on Sammy Lee's wish list as Real Madrid's Esteban Granero and Norwegian international Daniel Braaten have also been mentioned in the media of late.
One report even claims that Bolton and Wigan Athletic had been offered fallen Dutch star Patrick Kluivert but it seems as if the PSV Eindhoven striker is on his way to Championship side Sheffield Wednesday.
