Bolton Wanderers make the short journey to Stainton Park today as they take on local non league side Radcliffe Borough in a re-arranged friendly which was originally due to take place during the first weekend of July.
Wanderers manager Sammy Lee kept his promise of honouring the game which had to be cancelled from it's summer date due to the Trotters commitments in Austria and South Korea.
Boro are under the guidance of their new Director of Football Peter Coyne, once a player in the Football League with Manchester United, Crewe Alexandra and Swindon Town up until the late 1980's.
Defenders Barrie Keeling and Andy Scott could make appearances for Radcliffe after completing recent moved from Staylbridge Celtic and Hyde United respectively.
Former Bury youngsters Lee Connell and Martyn Forrest may also play after appearing regularly for Boro in the Unibond League Division One so far this season.
Bolton are likely to include a number of players who are coming back from injury as well as selected members of their successful reserve team which won the Championship last season.
BOLTON SQUAD: Adam Bogdan, Joey O'Brien, Andy O'Brien, Jaroslaw Fojut, Scott Jamieson, Danny Guthrie, Andranik Teimourian, Chris Basham, James Sinclair, Zoltan Harsanyi, Kevin Davies, Przemyslaw Kazimierczak, Ricardo Gardner, Sam Sheridan, Nathan Wolfe, Temitope Obadeyi
