Draw For League Cup Pairs Bolton With City

Bolton Wanderers will face their local rivals and this season's surprise package Manchester City in the Fourth Round of the Carling Cup following the draw which was made in London's Soho Square headquarters at lunchtime today.

The tie will take place at the Reebok Stadium at the end of October and will be the first League Cup tie to take place at the stadium in eighteen months.

Sven Goran Eriksson's new look City side are currently in the top six following some good early season form which has seen them pick up thirteen points so far.

The other ties in round four are as follows

Luton Town versus Everton
Portsmouth versus Blackburn Rovers
Chelsea versus Leicester City
Sheffield United versus Arsenal
Tottenham Hotspur versus Blackpool
Bolton Wanderers versus Manchester City
Coventry City versus West Ham United
