Plovdiv Tie Could Be Moved

Bolton's UEFA Cup first round, second leg tie against Lokomotiv Plovdiv in Bulgaria could be switched as the Bulgarian stadium in Plovdiv does not meet the satisfactory requirements.

The game on Thursday 29th September will be switched to either Bourgas or Sofia but as Lefski Sofia and CSKA Sofia are already in action the likelyhood is that Bourgas will be the chosen venue.

The match is most likely to be played in Bourgas because we don't have a licensed stadium in Plovdiv," a club spokesman told the Bolton Evening News.

"There is another option; if Uefa moves matches involving Levski Sofia and CSKA Sofia we will be able to play there."
