Bolton Have Psychological Advantage - Allardyce

Bolton manager Sam Allardyce is confident that his side can overpower Arsenal with home advantage when the two sides meet in the FA Cup tommorow evening.

Allardyce is of the opinion that the Gunners are lacking in strength when away from Highbury and has called for his Wanderers players to put in a similar performance to that of 3rd December when Bolton outplayed Arsenal in the league game at the Reebok which ended 2-0 to the Lancashire outfit.

"It is not that long ago that we completely overcame them for the first time and that is in their sub-conscious now." said Allardyce

"We had achieved good results against them before but, this time, we dominated from start to finish and barely allowed them a look-in, let alone a chance of getting a result.

"They find it tough to come here and that is a factor we need to try to take advantage of. Arsenal are not as physical as they used to be, especially away from home. That is a reason they are not enjoying the success they used to away from Highbury."

Arsenal won their FA Cup Quarter Final game with the Trotters back in March of last year but have often found life difficult when travelling to the Wanderers in league matches.
