Football agent Ronen Katsav wants to sue Bolton Wanderers new boy Idan Tal for arranging a move to the Reebok Stadium via another agent.
Katsav claims that his client of eight years had broken FIFA regulations when another football agent acted on his behalf to arrange a move to England from Maccabi Haifa for the 2006-2007 season.
Agent David Abu eventually pushed the deak through for ex-Everton player Tal to make a return to the Premiership and Katsav is extremely unhappy and wants to put the wheels in motion with regards to legal proceedings.
"Tal's unilateral decision to act without my knowledge is in violation of FIFA regulations, and his failure to update me on the situation, and his claims that he does not have an exclusivity agreement with me are unacceptable behaviour." said Katsav to the Israeli newspaper Ha'aretz.
However Wanderers manager Sam Allardyce has since hit back at the claims by stating that the players paperwork is all in order.
"All the paperwork is in order as far as we are concerned. We will make sure that if there is any other claim then we will deal with the matter." Allardyce responded
