Jaaskelainen Pens New Contract

Goalkeeper Jussi Jaaskelainen has finally put pen to paper on a new contract that will see him remain with Bolton Wanderers until the summer of 2008.

The Finnish international finally sorted out his future after playing a starring role in the Wanderers local derby defeat against Manchester United earlier on this afternoon.

Jaaskelainen has been with the Trotters since November 1997 and has now appeared in over 250 games for the club.
