Vaz-Te Refuses To Give Up In Euro Chase

Portuguese youngster Ricardo Vaz-Te says that Bolton Wanderers cannot afford to make any more slip ups in their remaining three matches.

The 19-year old scored his first ever Premiership goal in the 4-1 win over Charlton Athletic at the weekend to help the team to their first victory in over six matches of trying.

Wanderers moved up to eighth following the Addicks game and Vaz-Te says that European qualification is still very much a possibility providing that the club win all their remaining fixtures.

"We can still get there but we cannot slip up, We need to try and win all our games. But Spurs away will be hard because they are doing really well." he told the official website

Vaz-Te was also happy to finally register a goal in the league having previously only found the back of the net in cup competitions since his arrival at the Reebok in 2003.

"The pressure has all gone and I can just relax now. Hopefully, for the next game, I will feel the same and take my chance."
