Tim Cahill is being monitored closely by David Moyes following recent performances as it emerges the Australian International's gruelling domestic and international matches are taking it's toll on the player.

It's not just the playing of the international matches, but its the amount of travelling as well. Last week Australia played twice and Cahill arrived just in time to play Portsmouth on Saturday.

But its been non stop action for our Timmy as he has impressively played in the Olympics, Confederations Cup and World Cup Qualifying campaign over the last season and during the summer.

Moyes said in a recent interview for Everton's Official website, "I am concerned. He's not as dynamic maybe as he was, but we've seen that for a wee while."

But Moyes is concerned what effect this will have the player as being dropped can be detrimental to moral. However Moyes does state that it would be "wrong to single him out" which possibly could mean that others may be dropped at the same time as Everton crash from one bad result to another.
