That the Team had fitted the right rear wheel on the left side and vice versa. Kubica explains: "I don't know if I should laugh of cry. The tyres were fitted correctly but the wheels - not. That's why we had such an effect. These things shouldn't happen but like we've seen nobody is perfect. I've had worse adventures in the past with loose wheels..."
