Teams reach agreement over 100m € budget cap

According to Autosport, this morning FOTA and FIA are set to agree on 100m budget cap in 2010 and 45 in 2011, with FOTA said to have decided on that earlier today. Autosport also reveals that they will propose a technical partnership system, with manufacturers offering enrting teams a support and supply of non-performance differentiators, as well as some desing know-how.
