Wigan Athletic v Arsenal Preview

Latics ‘keeper Chris Kirkland has been declared fit to play after spending Saturday night in hospital with concussion sustained in the draw at Middlesbrough.

Paul Scharner however is suspended, but Emile Heskey returns after his one-match ban.

 

Arjan de Zeeuw, Gary Teale, Antonio Valencia, Steve McMillan, Svetoslav Todorov and Ryan Taylor are all still on the injured list.

 

Defender Kolo Toure is available for Arsenal after sitting out the draw at Chelsea through suspension.

 

Thierry Henry (hamstring), Tomas Rosicky (groin/hamstring), William Gallas (thigh), Abou Diaby (ankle) and Lauren (knee) are still sidelined.
