Welcome to Brickfields
Plymouth Albion moved to Brickfields on the outskirts of the city in the summer of 2003 and has build a fantastic stadium that could easily be updated to Premiership standard.
With a capacity of around 8,500 there is usually plenty of places to watch the match the biggest gate so far is the 6871 against Exeter in October 2008.
This includes the covered Eric Johns stand which has a capacity of just over 1,000.
You can sit in the North stand which has been refurbished by members of the unofficial website after it's move from Premiership club Harlequins' Stoop Memorial Ground. The club initials are now painted on to the 2,800 seats and have been used time and time again in official photos. Whilst the stand is not covered it provides a great view from behind the try line. Coaching staff are often seen at the top of this stand watching the game to give an almost birds eye view.
The Redrow Stand gives an elevated view of the pitch overseeing the team technical areas. It has been build to house standing spectators and is often heard as the cheering voice of the club.
There also terracing along the east side of the ground and the ground itself is slopped at the south end of the ground in front of the club house and shop. With a ground only ticket you can stand anywhere around the pitch except in the team technical areas and in front of the main stand (Eric Johns). If you are standing in front of this stand during the match you will be asked to move.
Parking is available next to the start for a charge of £3, blue pass holders are allowed in free of charge and the staff will attempt to find you a space close to the entrance. Please be careful on exiting the ground the main exit is for both cars and pedestrians.

Tickets can be purchased on the gate or if you like can be ordered in advance via the club website or phoning reception on 0870 350 0402
between 9 and 5 during the week. Any pre-purchased tickets will be left at the ticket office for collection prior to entry on match day. You can also purchase 6 adult tickets for the price of 5 if you buy your tickets on the internet or over the phone. 6 4 5 Deal
Programmes crammed with information are available at £2 and you may be hustled to purchase a 50/50 ticket at just £1 each. The result of the draw is announced at half time.
Food & Drinks
There are many outlets around the ground serving a variety of items to consume so you are never far from a drink or a bite to eat.
Tables can be reserved for 10 in advance, providing A sumptuous 4 Course Hot Buffet Lunch – located in one of our Hospitality Suites, this includes complimentary Match Day programmes. This starts at £300 for the table, other offers are available to include match day tickets. To book call Louise Uncles on 0870 350 0402.
At the top of the Redrow stand there are sit down two course meals available for the price of £8.50. I am told that these do not need to be booked in advance but it may be worth calling the club if there is a larger number of you.
In the Ryearch marquee, in the South east corner of the ground, along with the bar you can purchase hot food such as Curry & Rice, Beef Stew or Sausage and mash all at £3.50. You can combine this with a pint of your choice, not gin, up until 30 minutes before kick-off for the very good price of just £4.50.
All the bar outlets serve a selection of drinks and up until 30 mins before the match you can buy a pint for just £2! This also includes the real ale bar in the south west corner of the ground.
Pasties are available from various outlets at just £2 with large cheese burgers at £2.50. At the bbq outside the clubhouse you can pick up at hot meat (lamb, pork or beef depending on availability) bap for just £3.
The two tea huts can provide you with hot tea, coffee, chocolate, soup or Bovril to drink. Also crisps, sweets and sausage rolls at competitive prices.
There is sometimes a burger fan that is parked outside the main entrance which has nothing to do with the club!
Family atmosphere
The club pride itself with the family atmosphere in the ground. This has been helped by the reduction of the under 16 price which for the 2008/9 season has been reduced to just £1 for ground entry.
We ask spectators home or away to respect this and ensure that their language is appropriate and that they do not abuse the players or the officials.

I didn't realise that you could buy a £2 pint at any bar up to 30 mins before the off, well done the Albion.

A pity the club is not as well oganised as you are.
Food and a pint for £4.50. I have promised to take 'er indoors out for lunch one day soon, and a trip down to Plymouth seems as good a place as any. I just wont tell her that lunch is at the Albion.
