Albion's foray across the Tamar is repulsed - again.

The weather was very poor with incessant drizzle; the pitch was muddy and all players, well wet before the start, soon got muddy and rapidly became almost indistinguishable. It was a good job that Pirates doubled their laundery bill for the 2nd half start.

well done ianbol, perfect summing up. You said it all and high lighted all that seems to be at fault. Others say it but fail to put it in print.

Comment from one of the Pirates squad, "Albion are punching way above what you would expect with the funding they have. Whereas Pirates funding is at least two & a half times bigger".

Thanks Sancreed Pirate(Sm109)
Unfortunatly it was like the last time I paid to watch it over here. 15 seconds of action then a masive pause which then takes you 5 minutes further on(Sm164)Never mind some live rugby to look forward to on saturday. Stonehouse Albion will be here in Tauranga so he will be comming to the game as well. Mrs(Sm155)SJ plans to make sure he has a nice West Country welcome and may be a pastie to remind him of home. Guess I'll be making pasties again then(Sm22)

Take Care SJ

Bleddy hell SJ I didn't think anyone had a slower internet connection than me. Never mind you can watch the return game on Sky - if New Zealand can actually get it yet (Sm109).
