Looking at the coaching staff section for the coming season, what do we know about the brief for our D.O.R. regarding the playing squad ? I see that he has no plans for coaching, or does he ? and lets buy the coaching team a set of phones for the coming season for instant team changes/tactics instead of waiting for the D.O.R. to arrive back at the bench area.

But others are still playing (AP, NLs & Prom Final) so "new signings" may still be involved in competative games. I'm sure by the time we play our 1st game next season most of the squad will have been named.(Sm6)

I wonder if Neil Back leaving Leeds today means we have arranged a new head coach (Sm100)

I seem to recall Rauri being one of the first (if not the first) to sign up last year.

Nice to see a bit of progress on the squad formation - 12 more to go then we can look at 'strength in depth'.

Looking at Franks list of player movement, I'd be surprised if Tyson Lewis came to brickfields as I read that last season we couldn't sign him as he had a good job in the city despite what we were feed. So unless we have got a lot more in the piggy bank or he's changed his mind, I wont hold my breath.

With Tyson's signing announced today, James' earlier in the week and those who we know are staying the team is starting to develop into an impressive outfit, we must now get behind the club & team and provide them with the level of support they deserve and reconstruct Fortress Brickfields!

That's a surprise to me if Ben is off to L.W. wouldn't have thought they needed him with the wingers they have, but think your right about Vince returning to the shop, or at least Jill his wife with Vince running the place efficiently as it used to be.

You must know folks in high places then SBE, although it was rumoured, I took this "inside info" straight from the horses mouth in the inner sanctum of the rugby times.

But I do wonder as to if they are printing it for the world to read then why haven't we announced it to the world and his dog ? I would be extremely "*** off" if his papers wern't in order. But I think it's another brinkmanship move from Dawsey, if not he's going to look like a p**t isn't he.

It's cool I'm sure. I think.

I think it does as far as the forwards are concerned Nomad and don't forget the D/R players that we are/were in talks with, from Sandy park wasn't it.

And then there's the prop fron Truro of course, saw someone who fitted his build around the club back along.
