Hartpury College are not what most folk thought they were I don't think. It's not a school team parading under the title of a COLLEGE, but a unit that whilst providing an acedemic opportunity for it's students, is also part of a rugby hot bed for achievers in particular as a feeder club for Gloucester RFC. So no mean feat when they locked horns with Albion last Saturday, although I suspect that most fans were thinking we were playing a "College" team.
Although the match has been reported in the Herald I must say that our designated reporter for the day on our very own web site was a victim of circumstance and unable to bring you a supporters viewpoint of the game as is our intention. Not to worry, just a blip in the mix, and we will be, God willing, giving you a unique supporter's view point of all home games, a number of the away games as well as the game against Bristol this Saturday. They have I believe, a strong squad including several internationals, which reflects their huge investment for this coming season.
To the photos of the Hartpury game I hope you enjoy them and for those who were at the refferees evening a point of interest are the pics of the scrums. I'll leave you form your own opinion as to what was going on. but let's have your points of view please. We know what should happen from the referees on the night - what do you think they would have made of these photos ?

After what Steve Leyshorn and Ben ? Foley said at the evening with the refferees, how would do you score this scrum ? why not give us your opinion please and we can all discuss, after all it seems to be a bone of contention on match days and quite righlty so I feel.

This is the other scrum that I picked out for discussion, view points please !!!
I am intending to have some photo's of each home game at least for your observation's on the home games.
