We should be alright this time as the weather forecast for Saturday in Moseley is for "Sunny intervals a temperature of 5 degrees and an Easterly wind of 12 m.p.h. So all set to go. Birmingham Moseley or just Moseley as they were called until recently were formed three years earlier than Albion in 1873 against 1876. Their golden era was in the 1960's - 1970's and for us it was the 1920's - 1930's.
Moseley played in the top flight when the leagues were formed in 1987 until the end of the 1990 - 91 season. And like so many of us they too have been in a casastrophic situation regarding finances in trying to keep up with the bigger clubs or trying to reach the top flight.
They are currently in 7th. position in the league table with a playing record of 11-2-9 from their 22 games against our 13-2-5 from 20, and their recent form guide is a W W D L W and we have a W L W L W from the last five, not a lot in it !
