Firstly apologies to everyone for the site going dead temporarily, a condition of use of the site is that a new article has to be created on a regular basis. Obviously this is a quiet time now for Connacht Rugby and there hasn't been much news in the various media to collate and disseminate to you. If however you do have an inside track to some verifiable news that isn't going to land me or anyone else involved in the Connacht site in hot water please get in touch and we'll stick it on the front page. I personally am based in the UK which doesn't allow me to keep my finger on the pulse anywhere near as much as I'd like, so I'd be ecstatic to receive match reports/reviews, pictures of the squad, gossip, in fact any old rubbish as long as it relates in some way to Connacht Rugby...

Anyway the official site has been very quiet since the departure of the legendary Rob Murphy, for those of you who weren't in the know Rob was Connacht's Media Officer and as part of his role he was responsible for the Website (Mr. Ed to you and me...well you anyway...!). Rob did an outstanding job in keeping the website up to date and also ensuring a high profile for Connacht Rugby in the media over his two years with the Team.

Fiona (Keys) from the marketing department at CR has informed us that the official website is in the process of being re-developed (as long as it doesn't go the way of the Leinster official site, an update will of course be welcome).
