Will Michael Vandort be starting at Trent Bridge on Friday? He's not so sure as he explains how the Sri Lanka selectors may chose someone else over him.

Michael Vandort is uncertain whether he will be in the Sri Lanka team on Friday. It seems that Sanath Jayasuriya will replace him; at least that’s what he thinks. Michael Vandort is famous for getting that century at Edgbaston however his team still lost the test.

"If Sanath comes in good luck to him, but it's up to the selectors to make that decision" explains Vandort.

"That's up to the tour management," he said.

Jayasuriya retired from test cricket earlier this year however selectors still want him to play and may select him.

Whatever the outcome, one person won’t be very happy.
