England beat Ireland

England will be pleased after they overcame Ireland in a ODI match at Stormont. Marcus Trescothick and Ian Bell shone for England as Trescothick ended up with 113 while Bell got 80 which was a 142 partnership.

England eventually ended up with a convincing 301-7 but Ireland batted well and made a respectable 263-9 with Harmison(who is on his way back from injury) getting 3-57.
Irelands medium-pacers Dave Langford-Smith and John Mooney each took three wickets and Andre Botha got 52 with the bat.
England will be a little worried with the again sloppy fielding and the top order batsmen losing their wickets cheaply.
