Claridge to Stay?

Newly temporary signed striker Steve Claridge has expressed his desire to stay with the club beyond his current one month contract

The former Milwall and Portsmouth player was suitably impressed by the Albion support at the 1-0 victory over West Ham yesterday that he has decided that he wants to stay at the club. Signed barely in time to start yesterday, the 38 year old has shown that he is still up to match fitness, and that his presence on the team could become crucial during Adam Virgos upcoming suspension.
