New Gills target...

New rumours are flying around that the Gills are interested in a new midfielder. The Gills only have twenty senior players at the moment, and Ronnie Jepson is keen to add to his small squad. It has been claimed the Gills are very keen on the talented 19 year old.

Millwall have just released the young startlet called Will Hendry - meaning Jepson can get a quality player on the cheap again.

Hendry made his debut for the Lion's against Preston North End in January this year. He then went on to play a part in Millwall's final two games in the Championship.

But following Millwall's boss Nigal Spackman making 16 signings so far this window, Hendry's first team opportunities became limited.

The Slough born midfielder came through the ranks at The New Den, but now looks set for hopefully a move to Priestfield.
