Gillingham face Scunthorpe at Priestfield looking to build on the point gained at Blackpool. Andrew Crofts is on international duty and Kelvin Jack and Mark Bentley are getting treatment for their injuries.

Guylain Ndumbu-Nsungu looks set to retain his place up front after two consecutive impressive performances. The former Cardiff man scored his maiden Gills goal last week just three minutes in. Dean McDonald is likely to start after being left out of the starting line-up last week, and Matt Jarvis will hope to impress the Gills boss after a poor performance by his standards on Saturday. Alan Pouton shall keep his place in midfield after a fantastic performance in midfield, and the impressive Darren Randolph is likely to continue with Kelvin Jack still sidelined. Mark Bentley should return to the squad having missed out on the draw with Blackpool after picking up a knock against Millwall. Andrew Crofts misses the meeting with Scunthorpe having been called up to the senior Welsh squad.

Scunthorpe’s new signings Ian Morris and Daniel McBreen are included in the squad the travel to Gillingham. Meanwhile defender Andy Butler misses out with a shoulder injury, midfielders Ashley Allanson and Jim Goodwin both miss out with an ankle injury and concussion respectively. Strikers Steve Torpey and Ramon Calliste also miss out with a knee and an ankle injury respectively.
