Flinders extends loan deal

Goalkeeper Scott Flinders has had his loan deal with the Gills extended for another month. Palace goalkeeper Scott Flinders has provided cover for Gillingham and Trinidad and Tobago international Kelvin Jack.
Flinders has impressed during his spell with the club and was a key part of Gillingham three match winning run last month. Flinders is yet to actually keep a clean sheet in a Gills shirt. Since making his debut for the Gills away at Doncaster, Gillingham have won four games losing one and drawing one conceeding eleven goals with Flinders between the sticks.
About the loan extension Jepson said, "He's come in and done well, hopefully he's found his feet now, he's thought very highly of in the England set up as well as the Crystal Palace set up, and he's been a good addition to the squad."
