Gillingham once again host Nottingham Forest at Priestfield tomorrow but this meeting shall be in the 'Johnstone's Paint Trophy'. Last season the Gills defeated Crawley in extra time by two goals to nothing but were then knocked out of the competition by Wycombe in the next round.

Gillingham boss Ronnie Jepson will sweat on the fitness of team captain Mickey Flynn and club skipper Ian Cox. Both were substituted following knocks against Forest on Saturday.

Kelvin Jack and Brent Sancho are still sidelined and Pouton looks set to miss the game with a knee injury. Danny Jackman has recoverd from food poisoning.

Jepson is expected to give some of the club's fringe players a run out against League One table toppers Nottingham Forest. Matt Jarvis may be rested for the game to give promising youngster Craig Stone a chance.

Jack Lester shall return to the Forest squad having served a one game suspension. Scott Dobie and Nathan Tyson are both still sidelined.

Nicky Southall scored the match winner against Gillingham on Saturday and may play against the Gills once again on Tuesday night.

"We have only got 18 fit players so I will assess the injuries. We will go out on Tuesday and hopefully give it a good go. The league is obviously the priority but with any cup competition, every game you play in, you want to win. If you are worth your salt, whether it be five-a-side or table-tennis, and you have that mentality and desire, you want to win. I want to win the game on Tuesday night and I hope the boys do too. "
