Chorley stays on after loan extension

Gillingham have extended Ben Chorley's loan deal at Gillingham until the end of the season. Chorley signed for Gillingham three months ago on a loan deal until January. Chorley was expected to sign permenently when the deal expired however Jepson has chosen to just extend the loan deal.

In Chorley's debut game, the Gills won their first clean sheet of the season in the two - nil victory over Carlisle.

It was reported that Chorley fell out with the current MK Dons manager Martin Allen, at a club he once captained.

Chorley signed for MK Dons in March of 2003, making 139 appearences and netting five goals.

Meanwhile Gillingham have announced that the home tie with Tranmere Rovers on Friday 26th January shall cost £1 for Juniors. The game shall also be shown on SkySports with kick off at 7:45.
