Gills suffer burglary at Priestfield Stadium

Gillingham have lost thousands of pounds worth of equipment from Priestfield stadium after crooks broke in during the club's week off for the New Year. Reports in todays Kent on Sunday claim that thieves took Plasma Televisions from Priestfield, and other valuable equipment.


A spokesperson for Gillingham FC said: " We did have a break in and a couple of the plasma screens were taken, but no sensitive commercial information was lost. The losses will amount to several thousand pounds.

Kent Police are investigating the robbery, and have appealed to the public for anyone with any information to come forward and contact Kent Police, or Gillingham FC.
