SAINTS V RHINOS PREVIEW & PREDICTIONS

St Helens V Leeds Rhinos

We finally returned to form with a 54-16 thrashing of Warrington last week infront of the new Carnegie Stand and we could still finish second if we win and Hull lose both their last two matches, which are testing affairs at Warrington and Wigan. Lee Smith is back in the twenty and joins Nick Scruton and Chris Feather as additions to last weekends seventeen. UPDATE: Lee Smith dropped.

It's obvious to any league or union supporter which knows anything about Super League that this will be a top quility game.

Smith:

"We have come up against Saints twice this season already and they were both real battles with Saints and Leeds producing top quality performances so it should be no different on Saturday."

We are still without stand-off Danny McGuire, who is looking doubtful to play for us in the play offfs. Smith is unchanged from the squad which humiliated the Wolves last week at Headingley Carnegie.

The Blue & Amber Rhino Prediction: Saints: 10 Rhinos: 13

Saints to watch: Paul Anderson, Sean Long, Jamie Lyon.

St Helens 18-man squad: Wellens, Gardner, Lyon, Talau, Meli, Pryce, Long, Cunningham, Cayless, Gilmour, Wilkin, Roby, Bennett, Hooper, P Anderson, V Anderson, Graham, Fa’asavalu.
