It's by far our biggest win of the season yet, overturning the World Champions St. Helens but you probably won't be able to remember the game after the celebrations last night so here is the full match report from the engage Super League clash with 'The Entertainers';

Tyrer made a great start for the Saints by powering over the line for the toughly faught game's first try following a brilliant break from Wellens in the right hand corner. It was the worse start possible for Leeds resulting after a penalty given away by Gareth Ellis. Skipper Paul Sculthorpe added the extras to make the score 6-0 but it looked like we had got straight back into the game after Donald looked to have scored on the wing but the video ref said he hit the corner flag before the ball had been grounded but on 13 minutes we hit back as Donald went over the line after a JJB off-load. Sinfield converted to make the score six a peice.

Seventeen minutes, a Danny McGuire grubber kick almost put Rob Burrow through. Dominance begun.

McGuire side-stepped the Saints defence and lept over the line. Kevin Sinfield converted to take the lead. A win was in our sight.

Two forward passes led to a St. Helens try and a Fa'asavalu off-load around Webb was sheer class by Saints and in my view, their best period of the game by far. He then passed the ball to Roby who went the final forty to score right under the posts. Sculthorpe converted and made the score 12-12.

It was on thirty minutes until the next points were scored when Kevin Sinfield took a two-pointer after Jamie Thackray got spear tackled by James Graham.

Just before the half time hooter Sean Long kicked a 40-20. Paul Wellens powered over the line after a well used set of six by Saints. Sculthorpe added the two and Long kicked a drop goal on the stroke of half time.

Pocket-rocket Burrow lept through a gap just two minutes into the secound half after a short pass from McGuire. Toopi was the man to score after a poor start to his season. Sinfield missed the conversion but some momentum was going our way shortly after leedsrhinos.biz man of the match Jamie Peacock spun over the line.

With just over ten minutes left Lee Smith burst out of three tackles and he was off. Smith then passed to full back Brent Webb who ran the rest of the fifty metres and scored just outside the posts.

We sealed the victory with just three minutes to go as Smith picked up a loose ball inside his own twenty metres. He ran up until the last twenty metres and passed to Burrow who collected well to score. Burrow converted his own try to finish the Saints off in style. The final score was 38-19 as we nilled the Saints in the secound half.

"To keep a team like St. Helens scoreless in the second half is fairly significant.

"They had a few players out through injuries and sickness on the bus so we are not going to get too carried away with it.

"But there were many good performances, I was pleased with them. We carried out the way we wanted to play all through the game."
