I'll go for each team to have one win after the 2 games, but LW will have 6pts and Notts 5 due to narrow defeats. No chance of Chiefs and Donny getting bonus points,.... that is unless they lose!

Why are we shown as being bottom when Donny have a worse points difference (-16 v -11 for us)? If points difference doesn't count it could be awkward determining who gets into the semi finals given how close many people think the pools are going to end up. Has anybody got a copy of the regulations? I've visited the RFU website but lost the will to live while it was searching/crawling/stopped/going backwards whilst probably loading malware onto my pc. They really are the most useless organisation under the sun.

Good luck to the team today. 5 points for the table and a 14 point margin of victory combined with a win for Doncaster would restore order and set us up nicely for the long haul to Donny next week

Looks like a beautiful day for rugby. So annoyed I can't make it, all these somewhat meaningless games I could see, and when it come to crunch time i gotta work.
All the best to the boys I'll be cheering in my car somewhere, and to the great chiefs supporters have a good day, lets make SP loud for a change.

I'll put money on LW using the the Blitz more time than the Germans and us kicking the ball to their winger and full back who will run the ball as opposed to kicking back to us.

We will slow the ball down giving LW enough time to defend the slow ball.

Will we pass the ball in hand - lets hope so.

But crucially will our backs tackle their ball carriers not unless they are in one of these...

However, I still feel that if we let our backs play proper rugby and run at LW then we could win.

We are not going to win in the forwards and playing 8 man rugby. If we lose today - season over.

And on that positive note

Kno whta you're saying Chader but I'm heading to the game with a positive stance and from there will decide whether the ensuing beer is celebratery or in consulation. Either way, here's to good rugby and wet beer.

Yep - LW put on the Blitz and were continually encroaching off side. How we did not get a penalty try I am still bemused at.

We slowed the ball down in the first half and again LW seemed to continue to encroaching off side.

We passed the ball in hand in the second half and decided to run and my "lets hope so" showed what a fantastic backline we have. TJ's run from just outside our 22 and the support play showed we are very good at running with the ball and our backs should be allowed to run more often.

Well clearly Tiger has purchased a number of these > which was demonstrated by the tackling. Although LW did clearly run through a number of the boys who were not in one of these > so AH more practice for them.

If we lose today - season over. - well clearly with all the other results going the way they have we are back in it.

Who can blame you for being smug Chader, if we'd carried on playing the same as we had in the 1st half things would have been very different. There was still far too much kicking today given the way the wind was but if the passion of the 2nd half can be shown throughout the rest of the play offs then we're in with a good chance.

i agree, the passion that the 15 players showed in the final 15-20 mins was remarkable, it was for me the most memorable game i have seen for a long time. Today i really felt like we have the ability to progress and im also very pleased to be told that some of our key players will be with us next year. I am happy........ we all should be!!

Shame it was only in the last part of the match but lets hope todays passion will now continue for the rest of the play offs. With our spirited second half and the Bristol result, it must surely make everyone see that this season won't be over till the bitter end!
