It's all change in Pool B after week 2 so let's see what could be on the cards for week3!
Play-off 'pool B' week 3
Doncaster Knights v Exeter Chiefs 
Doncaster Knights v Exeter Chiefs With such a different outcome in week 2 to that in week 1 what can we expect when the Chiefs travel to Doncaster on saturday 3rd April? Well, the Chiefs have a good record against Donny (since Donny joined Nat 1) - Won 8, Drawn 1, Lost 1. The only defeat coming in season 06/07, a home win for Donny but as the table shows the away fixture is usually a close fought affair.
Donny got off to a poor start in the 'league' element of this years Championship but ended this with a tremendous run of results to get themselves up to 7th position. On the other hand the Chiefs started the season well securing second place with ease.
But as we've seen in the first two weeks home advantage seems to be a key factor. Donny beat Nottingham last week whilst the Chiefs recorded a bonus point victory over London Welsh. Both sides lost their opening fixtures and will be looking for a win to keep momentum going.
So, what about week 3? I didn't predict a result for last week but I'm going to stick my neck out and predict a narrow Chiefs victory this week.

Given that Welsh are at home to Nottingham we really need to win at Donny to avoid the Welsh away game becoming a "must win" if we are to top our group, though 4 points would probably do so I hope that we win the game before going for glory. Should we win on Saturday we could probably afford to lose at Welsh provided we held them to 4 points and picked up a losing bp. The most encouraging thing is, perhaps, that the Welsh away game is at Esher which has been a happy hunting ground for us in the past - we scored 7 tries on our last visit!

We could find that LW have a good deal of support at Esher.Not only is it not far for their support to travel one of the former captains of LW was also captain of Esher and is a very popular man down there still and with a fair few ex 'leek' lovers in regular attendance at the Esher games.We will need all the support that we can muster for that game!! It is a nice ground with a good friendly atmosphere with a well stocked bar.

Just been on the Donny Official site message board.
It seems that some of them believe that will win (and they May) but more importantly they don't like DRUMS; GO GET EM BOYS!!!
