Young, energetic players, with a point to prove and keen to develop or practice their defensive skills. 

Plenty of opportunities available against top opposition in the Aviva Premiership.

You'll be followed closely in training by the beedy eyes of a team of coaches and the latest in gps technology.

Personal fitness and conditioning will be enthusiastically supervised by ex-marine PTI at no cost (financial) to you.
