Ryan Lamb has been dropped from the Gloucester team for their derby against Bath at the Rec. His place goes to Willie Walker as Dean Ryan makes a total of six changes from the team that lost at home to Leicester Tigers in the first game of the new GP season last weekend - a performance that left the Glaws coach seething with anger.

Willie Walker, GloucesterWith former Bath star Olly Barkley not considered because he has not fully recovered from his wrist injury, Walker (right) will partner scrum-half Gareth Cooper, while Matthew Watkins comes in at No13 for the injured Anthony Allen, Mike Tindall switching to No 12.
In the pack, Olivier Azam replaces Andy Titterrell at hooker, Andy Hazell is back as openside flanker in place of Alasdair Strokosch, while Alex Brown takes over from Marco Bortolami at lock.
Ryan told the Citizen: "At the top end of elite sport people are allowed to make mistakes so they can learn from them, but this is a process that has been going on for some time.
"We have made some fundamental mistakes that have dented us but we have moved on this week.
"We are one game into a nine-month season, but we have had a really positive reaction to last weekend and I cannot ask for any more than that.
"Probably, for the first time in a while, we go to Bath without a level of expectation on us but I believe we are in the right frame of mind to go and produce a performance that we can take forward over the long-term.
"This is a game that carries its own history and rivalry and that is something we will relish."
In fact, Glaws have never beaten Bath at the Rec ... not a bad time to change that record, then.

GLAWS: Olly Morgan, James Simpson-Daniel, Matthew Watkins, Mike Tindall (capt), Lesley Vainikolo; Willie Walker, Gareth Cooper; Nick Wood, Olivier Azam, Carlos Nieto, Will James, Alex Brown, Peter Buxton, Andy Hazell, Luke Narraway. Reps: Andy Titterrell, Dave Young, Marco Bortolami, Alasdair Strokosch, Rory Lawson, Ryan Lamb, Mark Foster.

I really do not like that selection. Negative and looking for damage limitation to me. Lamby been scapegoated for the Tigers debacle whilst other more culpable players keep their places. When will Ryan realise Tindall is not and will never be a 12?
