James Simpson-Daniel looks like having to spend the rest of the season recuperating after undergoing surgery on his left leg ...

Sinbad says his surgeon told him it wopuld take in the region of six months before he could begin training again - a massive blow to the player and the club.

Sinbad's realistic target is to be fit for the start of the 2013-2014 campaign - hopefully that will still be in the Premiership.

The present season  is not getting any better as far as results are concerned and next up are the Tigers on Friday night - and they are fighting to get back on top of the league.

Nigel Davies has reacted to the mini crisis by bringing on Sione Kalamafoni's mate Sila Puafisi.

The Tongan prop is a big experienced unit who will certainly add something o the front row but we won't see him until Christmas because of work permit formalties.

Could do with him now, methinks.

I'm sure the new Tongan is an excellent player but surely its decent second rows that we need????
