The rebuilding goes on. Nigel Davies is reported to be in talks with Tom Young who is facing fierce competition for a flanker berth at Cardiff Blues ..

He is a Wales Under-20 flanker and would follow new signings of Sila Puafisi, John Afoa and Richard Hibbard.

Blues already have Sam Warburton, Josh Navidi and former Under-20s captain Ellis Jenkins at Cardiff Arms Park so Young has made just four appearances for the Blues this season and has been playing for Pontypridd in the Welsh Premiership.

His dad if Dai Young who is currently DoR at Wasps.
