The 24 year old flanker has been leading the Yorkshire side for the past two seasons but says a move to God's own rugby country was too big an opportunity to turn down.
Rowan Rowan also captained England Under-20s during the 2010 Junior World Championship in Argentina which included Jonny May and Shaun Knight.

You lucky b'stards to be able to attract Jake away from his native Yorkshire. We are so sorry to see him go but given the greasy pole that is promotion from the Championship, it is the right time to see what he can do at the highest level.
