Greg Laidlaw kicked 20 points and Matt Kvesic got our only try in a workmanlike performance at Oyonnax ...

The 25-15 win takes us to the top of Group 5 in the Chgallenge Cup with Zebre winning at Brive. After two rounds we are on 9 points with Oyonnax in second on four.

It wasn't a pretty game with both sides relying on kicks to keep the scoreboard going until Kvesic put some distance between the two sides when he scored on 43 minutes. L

Laidlaw was involved in this score as well as he picked up a loose ball following a restart to send Kvesic galloping away.

Matt had to break sveal tackles on his way to the line but he probably felt he had a point to make after being left out of the England 33 for the autumn internationals. It worked as he has now been called up to train with the squad after weekend injuries to some of those originally selected.
