Sione Kalamafoni comes into the back row for the dramatic finale to the season. Winner takes all in the play-off final at Sixways on Sunday (kick off 5.00) and the back row's power could be a major factor.
He is one of only two changes to the side which eventually overcame Connacht last week and which is being played up the road because Kingsholm is being used for the Madness concert.
Rob Cook is the other. He starts at full back with Charlie Sharples on the wing and Purdy back on the bench.
They'll face a Bordeaux-Begles side with the winner enjoying the last lucrative spot in the European Championship line up for next season

Cant wait for this one. Wouldn't underestimate he French as they are always best when they are up against it. If we start like we did against Connacht and let thjem into the game I don't think they will let us back in like the Irish did.

How many Get Out Of Jail cards did you lot get at the beginning of the season? How come its at Sixways just down the road from Shedland? That's hardly a neutral venue for a team coming over from France for goodness sake.

Not Stoopid, I guess your not a close follower of Gloucester (or even the game).
One. The match clashes with the Madness Concert which is happening at Kingsholm to night (to be followed by the Elton John concert next week, too). Therefore the 'Holm' is not available.
Two. The complications of the Champions Cup qualification has deemed that the winners of the earlier round (which was against Connacht) would play at home. A neutral venue is not therefore part of the deal.
Three. I guess it was therefore either Worcester or Bristol as a venue.

Not a supporter of Gloucester or Madness so please excuse my mistake.
As this was a lower level competition I thought theyd already chosen Sixways as a suitable venue before the competition kicked off.
