Up For It

Not quite sure why BT have again chosen Glaws for a Friday night game. Most of us would prefer it if they covered away games at the likes of Newcastle, but at least the multi-camera coverage gives the coaches a lot to pour over afterwards.
What they will have made of last week's capitulation to Tigers one can only guess. Was it a lack of fitness, poor second half game plan or lack of appetite to win the game.
A big clue to their thinking comes in the selection for the short trip to Sixways. They've told the same starting XV to go out, put things right and show they have pride in the shirt.
There are a couple of changes on the bench with Cameron Orr replacing Paddy McAllister and Mark Atkinson for Gareth Evans.
David Humphreys acknowledges that most Premiership games are now won by fine margins and is on record as saying: " I know that every game that we’re going to play this year will be tough. You look back at the results over the course of the weekend, the majority were decided by less than one score.
“That’s how it’s been for us over the course of the past couple of years. We’ve been there and thereabouts, we’ve been within touching distance of wins with bonus points and picking up losing bonus points."
So the challenge is to turn narrow defeats into narrow wins. We'd settle for that tonight.
