Another big performance against Treviso this weeked could just be the spark which ignites our season. The 20 point victory at surprise French league leaders Bayonne was significant because the game was won - not lost - in the last quarter ..

Finding a full 80 minute  performance for the first time this season was most welcome.

Jonny May capped his return with a second half try before making way for Charlie Sharples, and no doubt he will get more game next Saturday.

The win also proved that there will be life after Greg Laidlaw departs at the end of the season with James Hook looking pleased tyo get the kicking duties back in his in his 17 point haul.
