Billy To The Rescue

Billy Twelvetrees took the congratulations after his last ditch kick beat Irish 30-280. For once we stayed strong to win a game in the closing stages.

It was an entertaining  game played in front of a priviliged few with both sides scoring three tries in the first with Irish leading 25-19 at the interval.

Tighter after the break with Louis Rees-Zammit's try putting us in front  and Billy gertting his first penalty after Rob Simmons was yellow carded.

Paddy Jackson's penalty restored Irish's lead only for Billy to step up in added time.

The five points moved us up to 10th.
