Tigers Arrive For Slater Cup

Jordy Reid makes a welcome return to the Cherry and White back row as Kingsholm hosts its first ever Slater Cup game against Tigers (Sunday 1.00).

The only other change from the defeat at Saints sees Tom Seabrook coming in for Chis Harris.

It's a must win game for both clubs as seven clubs are battling for the final two Top Four places.  Tigers currently occupy third spot with Gloucs just four points behind in seventh.

Jordy comes in at blind-side with Ruan Ackermann moving to No. 8  and they'll pack down behind an unchanged front five of  Val Rapava-Ruskin, Seb Blake and Kirill Gotovtsev in the front row and locks Freddie Clarke and Matias Alemanno.

Let's hope it's a good game without the officials spoiling the spectacle for the Ed Slater Cup.
