A great weekend for Gloucs showed the strength in depth of the Cherry and Whites.

First up was the potential banana skin of our cousins at Hartpury in the Prem Cup. A Gloucester side chosen with the BaaBaas game on Saturday in mind toughed it out and finished with a flourish to win 40-14 thanks to tries Jack Clement, from the front of the line-out,  followed by Cam Jordan from a driving maul and  Santiago Socino from  another maul.

Typically the Barbarian game to celebrate 150 years of Cherry and White rugby was more fluid. Gloucs winning 35-19. Seb Atkinson got the pick of the tries bursting through the defence to run round  the cover to score.

Next up is Coventry at home in the last of the Premiership Cup Pool games. It's on Saturday with a 1.00 kick off.
