Could there be a better start to 2024? Gloucs head to Bath for what promises to be a soggy West Country derby looking to build on that much improved show in front of 76,000 at Twickenham last week. It's a Sunday game live on TNT kick off 3.00 p.m.
Bath started the season well and despite losing four games are still only two points off the top spot.
They will be confident on home turf against a Gloucs side which has struggled for consistency, but which looks to have turned a corner in the past few weeks.
The Cherry and Whites will give a first start to former London Irish scrum half Caolan Englefield , while Mayo Vivas starts in the front row alongside George McGuigan and Kirill Gotovstev in an otherwise unchanged pack.
Jonny May starts ahead of Louis Rees-Zammit in the backs.
