Gloucester and Castres face off at Kingsholm on Friday night (kick off 8.00) knowing that bth have qualified or the last 16 of the Challenge Cup.

But there's still lots to play for as the Cherry and Whites make just four changes from the side which toughed out the win at Edinburgh last week.

Of course, there's no Rees-Zammit as he sets of for his American NFL adventure so Santi Carreras is at full back.

In the pack George McGuigan and Fraser Balmain return with Ruan Acklermann coming back to lead the side with Lewis Ludlow on the bench. There's a welcome return on the bench for Albert Tuisue who may relish the opportunity against a big French pack when he gets on.
