Hat Trick Jack

Gloucs did the job against a weakend Saints running in seven tries but in the end the 41-26 victory wasn't enough. Both Bristol and Sale also did their jobs and they will be in the final four with Tigers and Bath.
Thoughts will go back to those games where Gloucs could, and perhaps should have won. Instead, we wil have to reflect on the fact that some of the rugby in the second half of the season was wonderfully entertaining.
More of the same next season would be very welcome, but with so many big names leaving it may take the Cherry and Whites a season or two to regain this season's momentum.
Jack Cotgreave was the hero with a finely judged hat-trick - two in the first half from Christian Wade and Tomos Williams.
It was 22-14 at half-time with Cotgreave's third followed by tries from Seb Atkinson together with a final farewell try ffom Christian Wade to end the season.
George Skivington told the media: ""This was always the most likely outcome so it's mixed emotions. I'm proud of the way the boys have committed to something and stuck with it all season, even with a few games that hurt us.
