A 5-point Prem Cup win against our local rivals was the perfect start to what promises to be an exciting season for those of the Cherry and White persuasion.

It was a hard working second half which saw Gloucs come through 29-15 - but it was never easy.

In fact, Chiefs led 14-15 at oranges with three tries none of which were converted. Gloucs crossed twice courtesy of Lewis Ludlow and Max LLewellyn with Joey Barton converting both.

Tables turned after the break with tries from Josiah Edwards-Giraud and Jack Innard making the difference.
